This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
Teammates is a B2B software service. When individuals use the Service as part of an organization, the organization is typically the data controller, and Teammates processes data on its behalf. This Privacy Policy describes how Teammates processes data on behalf of both individual users and customer organizations.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Authorized employees and contractors of Teammates may access customer data only as reasonably necessary to provide technical support, debug issues, or improve system performance. Such access is role-based, logged, and subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Teammates does not use Customer Content, Usage Data, or any personal information to train artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models. Your data is not used to improve our AI systems or create training datasets.
Our AI teammates process your instructions and data solely to provide the Services as requested. This processing occurs in real-time to generate responses and complete tasks, but does not involve storing or using your content for model training purposes.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Account data is retained until the workspace owner deletes the account, or upon request. Usage logs and diagnostic data are typically retained for up to 12 months, unless otherwise required for security, legal, or audit purposes.
